TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Kalkan: AI Legal & Contract Analyzer Assistant mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Details: Email address used during registration or login.
  • Contract Documents: PDF or text formats of legal documents, leases, NDAs, and agreements you upload for analysis.
  • Usage Metrics: App interaction metrics and performance logs.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Parse and analyze uploaded documents to extract legal risks, missing clauses, and unfavorable conditions,
  • Generate templates for legal petitions and notices based on user prompts.

3. Data Protection & Destruction

All uploaded legal contracts are processed over AES-256 secure encrypted channels. Immediately after the risk report is compiled, the original uploaded PDF/text document is permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain copies of your private contracts.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a form at https://kalkan.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
